Tautog's was conceived after partners of Right Coast Properties purchased and committed to the preservation of a unique 1920's beach cottage in Virginia Beach's resort strip area. Right Coast Foods T/A Tautog's Restaurant was created to operate a first class food service business in the cottage. Sight, Sound and Smell is recipe for attracting customers interested in the finest casual dining experience in the coastal zone.

Look no more, this is the place for dinner!Same owner as Doc Taylor's. Great food taste and quality. Service is personalized and super welcoming. Prices are very good (I'm sure they could charge way more) and I'm willing to say underpriced. The food and drinks were amazing. I got the blackened tuna with potatoes and a (couple) Moscow mule, and it was phenomenal! Highly highly HIGHLY recommended. I'll have to be back tomorrow.

Loved this place. Brought my family here for dinner. Has a rather interesting vibe..homey yet upscale. The food and wine list are great. I had the she-crab soup & Tuna Martinique. Delicious.
